Time to make my own ecosphere.

It is even cheaper than buying a real one. Here's the breakdown(roughly)

is a special way of making bread probably developed by Japanese. It has an extra step in preparing the dough.


First you need to mix flour with hot water, boil it until it becomes mushy.


Cool the mushy dough.


Mix the mushy dough with more flour and other typical ingredients in correct proportions. The rest is the same as conventional bread-making method.


Mix it, knead it... let it rise and bake it.


The bread will become softer this way.

Lawrence and I share the same birthday and we do have some similarities. One of the similarities is we both don't like bothering other people. We like doing things by ourselves, and in our OWN way. This quality makes him an expert in global positioning, not easy. And perhaps that the reason I bought my own bread machine.

Josephine is a beautiful sweet gal that should be extinct in this materialistic world. For that reason, Lawrence kept her as a closely guarded secret until the very last moment.

Being the best man is the easiest job in this simple wedding, I prefer simple.
